Ingredients
- ½ cup strawberries (75g)
- ½ cup blueberries (75g)
- ½ cup raspberries (50g)
- ½ cup unsweetened Greek yogurt (0–2% fat)
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (120ml)
- 1 tsp chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional)
- Ice cubes as needed
Preparation
- Wash and hull strawberries if needed.
- Add all berries, Greek yogurt, and almond milk to a blender.
