Ingredients

  • ½ cup strawberries (75g)
  • ½ cup blueberries (75g)
  • ½ cup raspberries (50g)
  • ½ cup unsweetened Greek yogurt (0–2% fat)
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (120ml)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional)
  • Ice cubes as needed

Preparation

  1. Wash and hull strawberries if needed.
  2. Add all berries, Greek yogurt, and almond milk to a blender.
  3. Add chia seeds or flaxseeds if using.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add ice cubes and blend again for a chilled texture.
  6. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
